Good morning, It’s been 2 weeks since I sent you an email. Just a brief update before you continue reading: I will be sending you emails about fitness, faith and mindset throughout the week. So instead of just fitness centered like we’ve been doing, we’ll start balancing things proportionally. Just as Apostle Paul said in 1 Tim 4:8, That physical training is good but training for godliness is much better. Moving on, We cannot afford to lose our focus. As you begin this week, Keep your guards on. Be conscious of the thoughts that cross your mind. The people you engage with in small talk. It takes a second for you to step out of faith. I am so glad to be back writing to you again. I wish you a successful and blessed Monday. Remain Rugged!
